Most people have no clue what a sample sale is, so unfortunately they are missing out on the BEST opportunities to get AMAZING things at AMAZING prices. Traditionally sample sales were when designers would show samples of their previewed collection and sell them at discounted prices, they usually only carried sizes 4-6 and select shoe sizes (like a 7) and it was EXCLUSIVE...Nowadays, it has changed a bit where it is more of a overstock of merchandise that is sold at 20-80% off the retail value..........
